As a Private Wealth Advisor, Logan meets with clients to assess their current situation, means, and objectives and then constructs personalized financial plans to allow them to reach their goals.
As a Retirement Plan Consultant, Logan helps select qualified retirement plan professionals including recordkeepers, third-party administrators, and custodians. He consults and advises plan sponsors on retirement plan design and plan amendments while guiding employees when selecting their investments and provides them with 1:1 financial advice.

Logan spent the last 8 years heavily involved in sales roles in various industries, including traveling the United States selling educational products door-to-door, working as a Clothing Tailor to help professionals look their best, and as a Technical Recruiter to assist IT professionals advance their careers.
Through these experiences, Logan has had the opportunity to work with a wide group of people and has seen the challenges they face. He prides himself on bringing a genuine, caring, service mentality to everyone he works with. His passion for helping people has won him various awards for excellent service throughout his career. Logan brings this passion to Buska and looks forward to helping businesses and individuals create retirement plans that work for them and accomplish their financial goals.
Logan graduated from UW-Stout in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Business Education, a minor in Business Administration, and a Specialization in Human Resource Training and Development.
Logan was born and raised in Wausau, WI, and moved back to the area in 2020 after spending 12 years working in the Twin Cities and around the United States. Outside of the office, he enjoys outdoor activities, disc golfing, exercising, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, his active dog Mac, and cheering on his favorite team – the Green Bay Packers.
