Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event co-hosted or co-presented by Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc , including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person attending a Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc event who does not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc staff, and/or by contacting Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc at 1818 Grand Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc event or by failing to notify Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc may not use, copy, alter, or modify Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc photographs, graphics, video, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc.
