As the Chief Service Officer at Buska Retirement Solutions, Collin is responsible for overseeing the client experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across all touchpoints. He leads the client service team, establishes and refines service standards, and implements processes that enhance efficiency and consistency. Collin acts as the voice of the client within the firm—anticipating needs, resolving complex issues, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust. By aligning service delivery with the firm’s strategic goals, Collin helps strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and overall growth.
Collin also oversees all aspects of talent acquisition, staffing, and performance management, ensuring that we hire employees who not only have the skills and expertise needed to excel but also fit well within our collaborative, client-focused environment. By working closely with department leaders, he helps optimize team structures and identify staffing needs to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Before joining the family business at Buska, Collin worked in advertising and account management in Chicago.
Collin graduated from Wausau West and attended the University of Minnesota for his Bachelors, along with Ole Miss where he received his Master's degree. After living in various areas of the country, Collin returned home and joined Buska to be apart of the family legacy.
Collin has worked in higher education, sales, advertising, and account management. He is excited to work hand in hand with clients to ensure all their financial needs are taken care of, while supporting our executive leadership. In his free time, Collin enjoys working out, playing with his French bulldog Willow, and traveling.
