As our Client Support Specialist, Kalicia provides high-quality client service and operational support by serving as a primary point of contact for clients and ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with firm policies. She supports advisors and internal teams by managing client communications, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
More About Kalicia
Kalicia is a transplant from southern Wisconsin and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Wellness. Prior to joining Buska she worked in finance, education and healthcare sectors working primarily in administrative or business operations roles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Nick, two teenage boys (Logan – 13, Isaiah – 18) and dog, Mopar. During the warmer months she enjoys spending as much time as possible outside on the boat with a fishing pole in hand. Her family also enjoys traveling, whether road trips, cruises, or the occasional trip to explore other countries.
